Rivers are flowing at danger level in Uttrakhand.In Delhi Yamuna river is overflowing and danger of floods in low lying areas are pronounced.
More than  thousands killed unofficial reports , thousand of tourist and over  seventy thousand pilgrims stranded at Uttarkashi, Chamoli ,Rudraprayag in  Uttrakhand chaos,mayhem effect flood & landslides areas. Helicopters put in operation by Army, para military,Centre extends evacuation and assistance for rescue & relief operation.
